The contents
In this workshop, you and your team members or employees will learn the basics of healthy breathing. You will learn how to use your breathing correctly in all situations and how to use it to support yourself - whether you are working in front of a screen, in a tense meeting or jogging after work.
The procedure
To start with, participants take a close look at their own breathing. The focus is on questions such as: How do I actually breathe? How fast, how voluminous and which muscles do I use? How do I breathe when I feel under pressure or when I speak? Do I breathe consciously in between or do I just let it happen?
Participants are then shown simple theory and pictures to explain why slow, easy and deep breathing is important for our physical and mental health and performance and which exercises they can use to support themselves. Focus areas such as stress management, sport and health can be defined in advance - depending on the needs of your group.
The lecturer
The workshop leader is a breathing and cold trainer and certified Wim Hof instructor. In addition to team workshops, she offers public courses and individual training sessions and trains breathing coaches.
