Encounter with the husky world
At the beginning, the tour guide will prepare you for your snowshoe tour with your four-legged friend. You will visit the beautifully developed sled dog facility, home to around 35 Siberian huskies, and learn the most important things about handling the sled dogs. You will get to know the huskies and help with the tour preparations.
Snowshoe hike with huskies
Equipped with snowshoes and poles, you're ready to go. Accompanied by the Siberian huskies, you hike through the enchanting winter landscape high above the Muotathal. The silence is broken only by the quiet panting of the dogs and the crunching of the snow under your snowshoes. Enjoy the peace and power of this unique mountain world! Forget everyday life and let nature work its magic on you.
A cozy alternative: Finish off in the husky lodge
Back at the Husky Lodge, you will be served a delicious Muotathal cheese fondue prepared according to a local recipe in the cozy restaurant. Round off the day with a glass of wine.
Further activities
Supplement your excursion with other activities, such as a presentation by the Muotathal "Wetterschmöcker" or an overnight stay in the husky lodge. Let us put together the program of your choice.
