Love at first kiss
Would you like to create melt-in-the-mouth chocolate kisses to your taste with your team or friends? With the right know-how, you're sure to succeed. Sugar and egg white form the basis. Use the piping bag to pipe the egg white mixture onto the pre-baked wafer. Try out different fillings (without gelatine), glazes and decorations. The confectioner will guide you step by step. At the end of the workshop, you will leave with twelve of the finest chocolate kisses including the recipes.
You decide whether the workshop takes place at your company, at your home or off-site. If required, the course instructor will be happy to help you find a kitchen.
The chef and confectioner on site
The workshop leader is a trained chef and confectioner. She is particularly fond of sweet themes. She is passionate about working on her own chocolate creations and various patisserie desserts. In 2011, she won the competition for confectioners in French-speaking Switzerland and Ticino.
