In this course, you and your employees will become pasta professionals. You will learn how to prepare the dish fresh, simply and quickly.

Ravioli, gnocchi sardi or fettuccine?

Learn the art of pasta making from scratch. Whether as a team event or a social occasion with family and friends: Gourmets and connoisseurs will get their money's worth on this course.

After a welcome with a glass of Prosecco, we get straight down to business. You will make two types of pasta dough - with egg (pasta all'uovo) and with durum wheat semolina (pasta semola di grano duro). Under the guidance of the kitchen professionals, you will then learn how to make different types of pasta from the dough. These include spaghetti alla chittara, gnocchi sardi, fettuccine or ravioli with a spinach and ricotta or lemon-ricotta filling. The dough can be coloured and flavoured with beetroot or spinach powder if desired.

During the course, all participants work on a pasta machine and practise how to use it correctly. You will also learn various techniques that you can use to make the delicacy at home very easily and without a machine.


Enjoy your home-made delicacies

Of course, the handmade pasta will also be tasted: The course instructor will show you and your group how to cook the pasta correctly, which sauce goes with which type and how best to mix them together. However, making the sauces is not the focus of the course - they are already prepared for you and can simply be enjoyed. You can choose from pesto genovese, Sicilian pesto, bolognese, pesto calabrese and a tasty sage butter for the ravioli.

The pasta is accompanied by a green salad, pizza rolls, two glasses of wine per person and water. After the meal, a small surprise dessert is served, which can be enjoyed with coffee or tea.

After the course, you can take the rest of the homemade pasta home with you. You will also be given a recipe booklet to take home with you. It contains recipes for dough types and sauces as well as video instructions for making pasta.
