Your cooking experience begins with a convivial aperitif, where you can sample small starters - mezze - and enjoy fresh chai or a glass of wine before getting down to the preparation.
Get to know the Persian world of flavors
Under expert guidance, you will cook a selection of traditional dishes using fresh ingredients and fragrant spices. In small teams, various dishes are prepared - from fragrant saffron rice and aromatic stews to fresh herb sauces and sweet specialties.
You will learn about traditional preparation methods and discover how sweet, tart and spicy flavors harmoniously interact in Persian cuisine. Saffron, cinnamon, cardamom, mint, sumac and rose water give the dishes their unmistakable flavors.
Small farewell gift
Once all the dishes are ready, the large table is set and you enjoy the result of your work together. Appropriate drinks are included throughout the event. And the best thing is that you don't have to worry about anything after the meal - the washing up will be done for you. As a special extra, you will receive a small farewell gift.
