Whether as a team or club outing, this workshop is suitable for all meat lovers and amateur chefs. At 6 pm you will be welcomed to the butcher's shop by the founder, who is also a farmer and supplies the company with beef and chicken. The expert will explain the background to organic butchery and sustainable meat production. You will also enjoy a beer as an aperitif.
...and create your own sausage
Then it's time for the sausage: in the production area of the butcher's shop, the professional will show you how to create your very own sausage and what needs to be taken into account during production. You will work in small groups. Only organic products are used - both the regional pork and other ingredients such as lime or chocolate for very special creations come from organic farming.
Eat together
After the work comes the pleasure: Some of the home-made sausages end up directly in the pan - after all, the result should also be tasted. The remaining sausages are packaged to take away.
