Growing together
This workshop takes you to Switzerland's sunniest region, far away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life in the relaxing and natural atmosphere of an organic farm. Team coaching awaits you here, allowing you and your employees to get to know each other better, grow together as a team and learn methods that can also be easily applied back in everyday office life. This event is ideal for companies, management teams, associations or project groups that want to develop together. Alternatively, the event can be held at a location of your choice.
The procedure
In the half-day workshop, personality tests and interactive exercises with the experienced workshop leader will show you new strengths, perspectives and ways to work together in the future. The full-day workshop goes deeper: there is more time for personal reflection and exercises in the group. The aim is to build a sustainable team culture that is empowering.

Culinary finale
And because team spirit also goes through the palate, the day is rounded off with a culinary highlight: look forward to a delicious BBQ menu from the grill master combined with delicious pasta. You also have the option of booking a barbecue course with the BBQ professional or a subsequent cigar experience.
