Great menu with fine wines
Create a wonderful menu with your team and enjoy the finest wines, which the chef and sommelier has selected for you to match the courses. In addition, you will expand your knowledge about wines and can use this knowledge in the future to pamper yourself and your loved ones. The workshop can be arranged according to your wishes and needs.
Cooking and enjoying together
You will be greeted with a glass of sparkling wine and can nibble on delicious snacks. Afterwards, you will take the knife, tools and spoon in your hand and create a superlative menu in a relaxed setting with a glass of wine and music in the background. All ingredients are seasonal and organic if possible. After the shared cooking pleasure you enjoy the courses at the beautifully laid table.
Your cook and sommelier on site
After an apprenticeship as a chef, the hotel management school, further training to become a qualified hotelier/restaurateur as well as a qualified sommelier and an engagement in the SRF cooking show "al dente", your workshop leader founded his own gastronomy label. Since 2010 he has been living out his passion as a gastronomer in cooking courses, wine training and catering, passing on his knowledge to his course participants with infectious enthusiasm and spoiling his guests with exclusive creations.
