The whole and its parts
Your team will get a selection of square wooden pieces at the beginning of the workshop, and each participant can choose the one they like the best. With their straight edges, the individual pieces fit together easily, but they don't form a whole until connecting patterns have been made. Only then can a puzzle in which every part has its place emerge.
Communication as the basis
Good communication is crucial to making the pieces interlock. You need to work together, and everyone has to talk to everyone else because each piece of the puzzle has to fit with several others. Once you have agreed how the individual pieces will connect with each other, each piece of the puzzle can be sawed with a jigsaw according to the plan. Last but not least, all the pieces can be put together to compose one big piece of work.
A decoration for your firm
The puzzle will make a unique work of art when mounted on a glass wall, a coloured base, or a rusty corrugated sheet. It makes an ideal decoration for your meeting room, foyer or open-plan offices in your company, and serves as a perfect reminder to you and your team that the whole is greater than the sum of its parts.
