An ancient invention

Man has been shooting bow and arrow for about 20,000 years, and to this day this invention has lost none of its fascination. On the contrary, the popularity of archery has actually increased enormously in recent years; today it inspires young and old, men and women alike. The ideal sport for you and your friends or team colleagues, even without any previous knowledge. Your coach will lead you step by step to a sense of achievement.

The first steps

The handling of bow and arrow is easy to learn. Of course you will be instructed by the experienced coach. You will receive an individually fitting recurve bow and experience archery in various exercises. You shoot traditionally-intuitively, i.e. without aiming device (traditional) and without aiming technique (intuitive). You will certainly be fascinated by the interaction of body and mind, the building of tension and letting go.

Possible thematic orientations

Would you like to plan the archery event according to the topic, for example as preparation for a new project or with team-building orientation? Exciting combinations are possible, for example with topics such as "Achieving goals", "Mindfulness" or "Stress prevention". Your own wishes and ideas are welcome.

Internal and external training

Archery is a holistic sport, where concentration, mindfulness and body awareness are strengthened. Whoever trains regularly, whether playfully and for fun or as a competitive sport, therefore not only does something good for his body, but also ensures balance in mind and soul.
