Action in the Entlebuch: After a downhill ride on bikeboards, fortify yourself with delicacies from the barbecue for the apple shot at the Wilhelm Tell Claustrophobic Tournament.

The ascent and descent

Welcome to the Entlebuch! After the welcome with coffee and croissants in Sörenberg, the first thing on the programme is a ride up and down the mountain. The gondola takes you up to Rossweid, where bikeboards await you. Put on your helmet, get on the saddle and whizz down to Tale. There you can have lunch and fortify yourself for the Wilhelm-Tell-Plauschturnier in the afternoon.

Barbecue fun in the restaurant

In the restaurant you will be spoiled with a barbecue. There is chicken breast, pork steak or vegetable skewers straight from the grill with various salads, baked potatoes and sour cream. As a sweet finale you can enjoy a Schintbühl ice cream of your choice in the Kübeli. When booking, please indicate how many people would like chicken breast, pork steak or vegetable skewers. A beef steak is also available for an extra charge.

Tournament William Tell

Equipped with a crossbow, bow and blowpipe, you then set off on the trail of William Tell. Under expert guidance you will be introduced to the heroic disciplines in small groups. A chat tournament with the notorious apple shot is the highlight of the varied event. The whole fun lasts about two hours and is rounded off with a regional aperitif with Entlebuch buuresalami, alpine cheese and bread as well as two glasses of white wine, orange juice and mineral water.
