Play and enjoy high above Bern
On the Gurten, you are very close to the federal capital and at the same time in a rural world, far away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Surrounded by greenery and fresh air, you can relax, get your mind off things and develop new projects with your team. Your collaboration will be even more creative if you break up the day with fun games and top it off with a delicious meal. Let us put together a tailor-made program for you.
The disciplines and activities of the "Gurten Games"
Whether you want to combine the fun disciplines and traditional activities with a seminar or conference or simply want to promote team spirit: The "Gurten Games" provide fun and variety. Many different activities and games are possible; here are some of the possibilities:
- Lego challenge: small groups try their hand at tower building, larger groups create a Lego domino across several stations
- Carpet curling: A weather-independent alternative to popular curling and the perfect game for young and old alike
- Archery: Prove your marksmanship and talent as Robin Hood at the mobile shooting range.
- Flag-waving: Be introduced to the art of flag-waving and practise this game of breath, beauty and strength.
- Crossbow shooting: Under expert guidance, try to hit the bullseye. As soon as you have mastered the technique, you can shoot the apple as Wilhelm Tells.
- Jenga XXL: The popular family game becomes a tricky challenge in large format. Will your team manage to pull out the blocks and place them on top of the tower even at a height of two meters?
- Giant Mikado: A steady hand is required here, even if the wooden sticks are two meters long. Can you manage to get all 25 sticks out of the pile without it moving?
- Tangram giant puzzle: brains, logical thinking and a good imagination are an advantage to put the seven pieces together as quickly as possible to form the given motif.
- Yodelling workshop: learn the art of yodelling under supervision and perform the melody you have practised together at the end of the workshop
- Alphorn playing: After an introduction, will you manage to elicit sounds from the traditional Swiss instrument?
