Are you looking for a cozy and entertaining activity for your team to experience something together? Welcome to the monastery games!

Entertaining games in a green oasis

Located in a green oasis in the middle of the city, the Capuchin monastery offers a break from everyday life. Here you and your team can compete against each other in a relaxed atmosphere in the monastery games. The games promise the best entertainment and a bonding team experience. They are independent of the weather and season. Depending on the weather, they take place in the garden or indoors. After the games, you can reflect on the day's experiences over an aperitif, lunch or dinner.

The games

Your group will be accompanied by a game leader. The following games are played:

  • KapuGin: This monastery produces its own gin! All the herbs needed for this grow in the garden. But how much nettle, nasturtium or angelica root should go into the recipe? The participants find out by playing a throwing game.
  • Glockenspiel: Musical skills are required here. A melody is practiced using the notes on the board. This has to be played to the other groups. Of course, anyone who sings along gets extra points.
  • Roast: Brother Adrian's famous dish is the specialty of the monastery. The roast is served by the players together with mashed potatoes and vegetables - don't worry, it's not real food but wooden elements - using a crane on the serving platter.
  • We're building a monastery: The picture of the Capuchin monastery has to be put together as quickly as possible from picture panels printed on both sides.
  • Grainy crispbread: In the Capuchin monastery, crispbread is baked according to the original recipe by Karl Gustav Valdix. But which ingredients are actually part of the recipe? Participants solve this riddle with a puzzle.

Aperitif or menu

During the aperitif, you will be treated to specialties that match the location. We serve Klosterchnebeli with Karls carrots, vegan trout and herb cream cheese. There is also Capuchin bread with sage, thyme and caraway. Drinks of your choice are not included. With aperitif, the games last around one and a half to two hours.

With the "Brother Adrian" package, you and your guests can enjoy a monastic three-course meal (excluding drinks) after the games.

  • Soup or salad
  • Capuchin roast with smoky plum sauce, vegetables and mashed potatoes or courgette patties with cream cheese and ratatouille sauce (vegi)
  • Dessert

With the meal, the games last around three to four hours.
