Along the way, you’ll gain fascinating insights into the world of confectionery. The relaxed atmosphere encourages you to ask questions and try new things.
Make Your Own Chocolates and Truffles
After the introduction, you’ll dive right into the hands-on work. Step by step, you’ll learn the basics of making pralines and prepare delicate ganaches. Then you’ll experiment with different flavors and fill your own pralines and truffles. Decorating and finishing require creativity and a delicate touch. The chocolatiers will guide you throughout the entire workshop.
