Progress through active team challenges
We join you at your seminar facilities so you can make the most out of the time you have available for your seminar. Weather permitting our tasks can also be solved in the outdoor surroundings.
The teams rotate through various tasks whereby different aspects of everyday business life are addressed in order to develop them: cooperation, team dynamic, decision-making, communication, synergetic thinking and acting, strategy finding, mutual trust, getting to know each other in depth and role behaviour.
The purpose and aim of these exercises are easy to recognise. Therefore, a deeper reflection isn’t absolutely necessary. If you however prefer an in-depth reflection an additional coach can be arranged.

In addition to the above activities we recommend the task of building a timber construction in a team effort. The instructions for building are given by the opposing team via radio.
We are happy to put together a customised programme taking into consideration your individual requirements. On request we will be sending you additional information about the exercises. Our active team challenges are also suitable for very large groups.
