Possible topics
Would you like to strengthen, develop and free your team from any problems? In this workshop, you decide for yourself what you want to work on. Possible topics are for example:
- Where do we see ourselves in three years?
- What makes our team?
- What is the meaning of our work?
- Do we have a problem in the team? If so, what is it and how can we solve it?
The workshop with emoji figurines
The work on the selected topics is done with emoji figurines and other aids such as Lego, paper, string, napkins etc. You will first work alone or in pairs and then present your results as a team. Be curious to see how your colleagues visually implement the tasks set, how they interpret your implementation, which themes become visible and which solutions are found together. The coach guides the process with targeted questions and supports you with suggestions.
The coach
The workshop leader holds a Master of Advanced Studies in systemic coaching and in organizational consulting. She has completed a CAS advanced training in personal leadership, transcultural coaching and organizational consulting and continues to educate herself in these areas. Look forward to an event that is as entertaining as it is educational, with you and your team at the center.
