Bringing Appreciation to Life with LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®

Each participant first explores key questions related to appreciation, communication, and collaboration, and translates their thoughts into their own LEGO® model. In the discussion that follows, different perspectives come to light, mutual understanding is fostered, and new ways of thinking are enabled. This creates a valuable space where strengths can be recognized, unspoken issues can be brought to light, and shared solutions can be developed.

Possible Topics

Would you like to strengthen your team, help it grow, and resolve any issues it may be facing? In this workshop, you decide for yourself what you want to work on. Possible topics include, for example:

• Where do we see ourselves in three years?
• What makes our team special?
• What is the purpose of our work?
• Do we have a problem within the team? If so, what is it, and how can we solve it?

The Coach

The workshop facilitator holds a Master of Advanced Studies in systemic coaching and organizational consulting. She has completed a CAS program in personnel leadership, cross-cultural coaching, and organizational consulting, and continues to pursue professional development in these areas.
