Bringing appreciation to life with LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY

Jede Person setzt sich zunächst mit zentralen Fragen rund um Wertschätzung, Kommunikation und Zusammenarbeit auseinander und übersetzt ihre Gedanken in ein eigenes LEGO® Modell. Im anschliessenden Austausch werden Perspektiven sichtbar, gegenseitiges Verständnis gefördert und neue Denkansätze ermöglicht. So entsteht ein wertvoller Raum, in dem Stärken erkannt, unausgesprochene Themen greifbar und gemeinsame Lösungen entwickelt werden können.

Possible topics

Would you like to strengthen, develop and free your team from any problems? In this workshop, you decide for yourself what you want to work on. Possible topics are for example:

• Where do we see ourselves in three years?
• What makes our team?
• What is the meaning of our work?
• Do we have a problem in the team? If so, what is it and how can we solve it?

The coach

The workshop leader holds a Master of Advanced Studies in systemic coaching and in organizational consulting. She has completed a CAS advanced training in personal leadership, transcultural coaching and organizational consulting and continues to educate herself in these areas.
