The artist and his work

Bernhard Luginbühl was one of the most important and influential iron sculptors of the present day. He achieved international fame with his monumental sculptures made of industrial and scrap metal and his spectacular burning of wooden constructions.
Over the years, the artist created this park himself. It was his place of residence, his creative environment and also a meeting place for numerous artists to exchange artistic ideas, for example with his best friend Tinguely.
