The world of distillation
In this beautifully situated enterprise Rigi cherry, Williams, Pflümli, Chrüterschnaps and much more are distilled. Whenever possible, we use our own products or those of the region. But before you allow yourself the odd schnapps, the master distiller will initiate you and your group into the secrets of distilling. A short theoretical introduction is followed by an interesting tour of the distillery.
Degustation with Apéro
After the tour you will have the opportunity to taste the different products. The brandies are served with coffee and either cake or salty biscuits. A comfortably furnished room invites you to stay. It is a good idea to combine the occasion with a cold plate as an aperitif.
Optional: Carriage ride to the distillery
"Vo luzärn gäge Wäggis zue"... ...you go by boat and are picked up at the pier with horse and cart. Then you will take the carriage to the distillery. This is a very attractive way of getting there and offers a wonderful view of the lake and the mountains.
