The world of mushrooms
Donkey's ear, dog's tail, goat's lip - do you imagine body parts of pets under these names? We'll show you that mushrooms are hidden behind these names. Roam through the forest with the mushroom expert and learn the difference between the tasty pearl mushroom and the highly poisonous panther mushroom. Let her explain to you which mushroom lives in symbiosis with which tree. What you find on the forest floor and collect for your cooking pot is only the fruiting body - a tiny little part of the mushroom. The actual mushroom is hidden under the ground and sometimes spreads for miles. The mushroom inspector will explain the characteristics, what to look for and what not to collect.
The behavior in the forest
We will discuss the correct behavior in nature, in the forest. Learn the rules of picking mushrooms, what to look for and where to find mushroom checkpoints.
Depending on how many mushrooms are found, they can be cleaned and cut together. The mushroom controller will then dry them for you and send you the dried mushrooms by mail.
While you are still talking shop about your collection, there will be an aperitif with meat, cheese, bread, wine and water.
