Step-by-step instructions
Good bread is often simply part of our everyday lives - but how about trying your hand at baking it yourself? In this workshop, you will be guided step by step.
We bake without wheat, so the event begins with a brief introduction to the alternative types of flour used and their health benefits. The trained nutritionist and herbalist will show you how to bake different breads and how to make them at home. You will make suitable spreads at the same time or while the dough is resting.
Creativity and exchange
Kneading and stirring together also creates space for exchange and creativity. The workshop is therefore ideal as a team event, company outing or for clubs and other groups, as it combines knowledge, enjoyment and shared creativity.
Tasting together
At the end, everyone enjoys the freshly baked bread and homemade spreads together - accompanied by tea or cool drinks. The leftover delicacies can be taken home - as an enjoyable memento of an inspiring day.
