The Korea stove

There are various techniques for baking in the open air. Learn at this event how to build and use a Korea oven.

As a team you will build such a furnace under supervision. You will need a metal barrel, a grate or a sheet metal that matches the diameter of the barrel, and a flue pipe. As soon as the stove is buried in the ground, you can start firing.

Teamwork is required

The pleasure has a serious background: Your team has a task to solve and must be cleverly organized. Who is suitable as a stove fitter? Who should be used to prepare the meal? Teamwork and motivation of the individual participants are required. At the end the event is rounded off with a delicious meal.

In the ovens the bread is baked for the starter, the pizza for the main course and a delicious fruit cake for dessert.

Everyone contributes something to the success of the culinary event. Be it in the dough, the decoration, the oven construction, the salad or the ingredients. The participants can decide for themselves in which team they want to help.
