Plants for health

Nature offers an infinite variety of healing plants that contain many beneficial and health-promoting active ingredients for various ailments. This workshop offers you and your team the opportunity to get to know some of these local medicinal herbs and learn how you can use them for yourself.

Medicinal plants include lavender, marigolds, arnica and many more. In the course, you will learn the basics of collecting and processing these plants.

Tincture, oil extract, ointment

An effective way of harnessing the power of plants is to process them into an ointment with natural ingredients. The course instructor will show you how to make your own tincture, oil extract and ointment from the herbs you collect, which you can then take home with you.

Course locations for the workshop are in Zurich or Winterthur. It is also possible to hold the workshop at a location of your choice - for example at your company or at an external venue.
