High-quality ingredients for fine ice cream
Summer, sun, shimmering heat - what could be better than a refreshing ice cream? With your team colleagues, your club or your friends, you have the opportunity to create your favorite ice cream in a pretty vaulted cellar in the middle of Bern's old town. Wherever possible, products from Switzerland are used. Swiss whole milk and cream provide the creamy texture and help the natural flavors to develop. Artificial flavors and colorings have no place in ice cream. High-quality ingredients and purist recipes are the be-all and end-all of a fine ice cream.
The workshop
The ice cream workshop can be carried out in three different ways.
- The workshop leader provides two to three possible ingredients and your team uses them to make the ice cream.
- Your group discusses which ingredients might go well together and then goes shopping together. You then produce your favorite ice cream from them.
- In the form of a competition, the participants suggest ingredients in advance and the workshop leader selects the most suitable ones. Your team then uses them to make the ice cream.
