Learn the secret recipe for perfect pasta dough and make your own ravioli and tagliatelle.

What do you know about pasta?

The course instructor, who was born in Italy and trained in the production of pasta and sugo in Tuscany, will take you and your team into the world of pasta fresca. The workshop is ideal as a team event, an outing with friends or a club event.

The workshop begins with a quiz about the special features and ingredients of the countless regional pasta varieties. How well do you know your way around? The winners will be surprised with a small gift.

Conjure up tagliatelle and ravioli

You will then learn from the course instructor how to conjure up the perfect pasta dough in simple steps - so that you can recreate this at home in future. As soon as the dough is ready, it's time to shape it. You will work on a pasta machine and start by making sheets of dough. These are then cut into tagliatelle.

The next step is to produce your own ravioli from your dough. There are virtually no limits to your creativity: square, heart-shaped or round - anything goes. The pasta specialty is finished off with a filling of truffles and mushrooms.

At the end of the course, you will take your delicacies home with you - together with a fine organic sauce straight from Tuscany.
