Horse Guiding and Sensitivity Training
Experience the ancient and fascinating partnership between man and horse. Learn to recognise your partner's potential, empathise, lead and assert yourself. No previous knowledge in dealing with horses is necessary for the participation. The horses all have a different character and have completed different levels of training. They react sensitively to verbal and non-verbal language and are strong communication partners.
In addition to the Horse Guiding on the paddock, the participants learn from an experienced management trainer how individual leadership competence and team communication can be developed. The interpersonal skills of the employees are promoted in their work with the horses. They are trained in the ability to cooperate, dominance, initiative, subordination, trust, reliability, precision as well as dealing with fear, stress and conflicts.
Learning Objectives
A functioning and tension-free communication between the supervisor and the employees requires emotional competence, alert perception, a sense of responsibility and mental strength. The style of communication determines the way in which colleagues or customers are treated. This training provides the relevant insights and simple and effective communication techniques.
