Self-perception and behaviour patterns

Each and everyone has a picture of themselves. Of how he is, how he wants to be, how he should be. Often this self-perception is a hindrance to our actions, to our current life situation and to our personality. In an unpleasant situation, for example, we always react in the same way as if we had no other option - because we "just are. Wrong: We only think to be like that. Our self-perception plays a trick on us.

Working with the horse

Horses don't listen to words. They are not impressed by what we pretend to be and how we would like to be. Instead, they reflect us and our behaviour unfiltered. Working with horses can therefore bring you insights that you might otherwise never gain.

Coaching individually and in a team

In horse-supported group coaching you will learn how positively other people perceive you and how sensitive horses react to you. The central theme is "self-perception". Perception means to get to know yourself better and to discover hidden abilities and possibilities and to fall back on them whenever necessary.

The behaviour between you and the horse is filmed. You receive positive feedback from the group and have the opportunity to observe yourself from a different perspective. The experience, the feedback and the self-reflection enable you to apply the gained knowledge in your work and private life.
