After the welcome coffee, it's straight down to business. A solar expert will give you an insight into the global energy situation and you will learn more about the possibilities and limits of using solar energy in an exciting presentation. The tour continues with a guided tour of the production facilities of a company for renewable energies and solar heating. You will also visit the first 100 percent solar-heated apartment building. The tour of the Burgdorf solar park is guaranteed to inspire you and your guests.

Carriage ride through the countryside

After all the exciting information and impressions, a covered wagon ride through the countryside is now on the program. Pulled by two horses, you can enjoy the unique landscape and admire the beautiful farmhouses with their stoeps, spiochs and well-tended gardens - an experience that is as environmentally friendly as it is relaxing.

The fyne fine

The preliminary destination of your excursion is a cozy farmhouse-style farm in Bern. Here you can treat yourself to genuine Emmental specialties. Kitchen-smoked ham, various freshly prepared salads, regional Napfbier bread, meringue with nidle and other house specialties await you and ensure a culinary flight of fancy. By the way, even those who don't eat meat won't miss out.
