Live in the production of mozzarella
Mozzarella is very popular in Switzerland as well as in the rest of the world. But not all mozzarella is the same! At this event, you will be guided through a manufactory that is entirely dedicated to the production of filata cheese specialties. You will learn what "filata" means on the spot, also you will get to know terms like "fior di latte", "burrata" and "stracciatella". You will experience live how mozzarella and burrata are made and taste the specialties afterwards at an "Apéro riche".
