Design, cook and enjoy
Welcome to the beautiful Emmental, where a special kind of team experience awaits you: together you will develop a three-course menu from the ingredients that are currently available, prepare the food outside and then enjoy it with a wonderful view of the surrounding hilly landscape and the Bernese Alps. You will see that a delicious meal can be prepared even with the simplest of means. If the weather is bad, the event can also be held on site.
What's delicious today?
A market table full of ingredients is ready for you, from different types of vegetables to the finest spices and oils to high-quality meat. Most of the ingredients are regional products in organic quality. Now it's time to develop ideas together on how to cook something delicious.
The team challenge
After planning the menu as a team (approx. 30 minutes), you announce what is to be served as the starter, main course and dessert. Your event supervisor will then decide when the first course is to be served. Now it's time to get down to business. How you want to proceed strategically is up to you. Who will do the chopping? Who wants to cook? The tables also need to be set. There is something for everyone to do. Cooking is done outdoors with a large Finnish fire pan, the so-called "Muurikka" and a Pfadi kettle.
